Did not clean the front of car & tire is rather dirty. In fairness, the wash was $20. I’m not returning though. The vacuum smells bad & my primary goal was to have a clean front bumper. So my goal was not accomplished.

Some experiences simply SET THE EXPECTATION FOR A BEAUTIFUL REST OF THE DAY... This is the case EVERY TIME THAT I STOP BY GILLS Car Wash in Oakley. Throughout the more than 20 years that I have patronized this WONDERFUL BUSINESS... I HAVE NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE. Customer Service is ALWAYS FLAWLESS. My Car WASH—TYPICALLY "The Whale"— is ALWAYS FLAWLESS. Indeed—MY CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE ON THE WHOLE IS CONSISTENTLY... FLAWLESS! Today, was that all-important day, when I "introduced" my recently deceased mother's car to that GREAT GILLS CAR WASH TRADITION. And... as with my former two vehicles—I ALREADY KNOW THAT I WILL HAVE MANY VERY HAPPY RETURNS!

I bought a pass of 5 washes and so far I've used 4 washes and each of them was a good experience. All the employees were super nice. The attendants that takes our payment before each wash was always polite and sounded very outgoing. Even though we don't interact with the guys that spray down your car, I can tell they are very thoughtful to clean off the heavy spoiled parts of the car. Always come out with a clean car with no issues! Good customer service!

1/3 reviews of the local car washes: (Oakley) Ordered the basic $10 carwash. They provided- usually- a dust cloth for your interior, also gave the car a power wash before entering the facility. This is a decent car wash, but don't expect a completely clean and dry car. It will wash off excessive dirt, salt and grime, but you'll need to bring a towel to finish off the car if you desire a spotless auto. I use it when my car needs a quick wash down, and don't have time to spare. I don't bother with any of the extras- no real value- and bring some quarters if you plan to vacuum.

I’ve been coming here for about 3 years and the service is always great. Convenient location, friendly staff, and they give helpful tips for interior car care. I had an issue with a smell in my seats, and Johnny quickly helped fix it and recommended Ozium for future use. The whole team is professional and welcoming. Highly recommend! - Thx Ny’s ♥️
